This is a tips how to configure your auto login on openSUSE. After installing an openSUSE, and you’ve choose login onto desktop with auto login. Your login manager (GDM or KDM) did not ask you a password. The problem has become when you change from auto login to login with ask a password, how to change it?.

First click computer > control center > system > user and group management or with yast2 at click yast2 > security and users > user and group management. Next you just follow this picture.

On the right bottom click login settings.

You just click on the auto login words to enable or disable that feature. Thats it!
